Join Sarah Arrazola, owner of St. Pete Ferments, to learn the basics of fermenting your own kombucha at home! She'll walk you through culture (SCOBY) care and maintenance, food safety for home fermentation, and how to flavor your kombucha in a simple way.
Materials
For this class you will need filtered water, sugar, black and/or a green tea, and a large glass brewing vessel. We'll send out a full list upon registration.

This class is ideal for beginners as well as others who practice other methods of fermentation. No experience required!
