Join Culinary Instructor and owner of 100 Days of Pasta, Emily Trotochaud, in learning how to make a versatile (vegan friendly) pasta dough. She will guide you through the many ways to shape this Sardinian-style pasta including cavatelli, malloreddus, orecchiette, and more! Paced so you can cook alongside her, Emily will then show you a favorite seasonal preparation for your fresh pasta - a squash, sausage, and brown butter sage sauce.
