Dive into Fall flavors with Keia of Milk Glass Pie. In this class, you will learn how to make two distinct pies for the season. We will make an apple pie from start to finish and discuss techniques and tips for baking a custard pie. Keia will review and demo assembling a double-crust pie with lattice, parbaking crusts, and more!

Keia recommends a mix of sweet and tart apples - Granny Smith, Jonagold, Mutsu, Honeycrisp, or Pink Lady apples are her favorites! Each student will receive an easy-to-follow recipe and list of suggested supplies that you can use to follow along with us during class.
Who Should Take This Class?
This class is open for anyone, but taking our Pie Dough from Scratch class or having beginner-level experience with making pie dough is recommended.
