In this class, Culinary Instructor and owner of 100 Days of Pasta, Emily Trotochaud, will teach you how to make this rich and versatile dough (with no special equipment required). Next, you'll learn how to make icings and toppings galore and how to safely fry up these delicious morning treats. By the end of class, you'll have created classic glazed, chocolate glazed, and sugar raised donuts and donut holes to enjoy with friends and family!
Can’t make it to the live session? Not to worry - you'll automatically receive access to a replay the day after class.
To follow along with the class, you'll need a rolling pin, milk, measuring spoons, and a few easily accessible ingredients. We’ll send out a detailed list of additional materials, ingredients, and recipes upon registration.
Note: Your dough will need to rest for 60 - 90 minutes, so plan to make the dough during class, watch Emily complete the full process and then finish up on your own later! As always, you’ll have access to the replay for this class as soon as it’s over.
