Taught byEmily Trotochaud
Learn how to make overnight brioche donuts in this hands-on baking workshop. In this class, Culinary Instructor and owner of 100 Days of Pasta, Emily Trotochaud, will teach you how to make overnight brioche donuts. These yummy treats might seem like a daunting morning project, but an overnight rest lets you sleep in a little longer and makes the process even easier, too. After making this rich and versatile dough (no special equipment required) and setting it aside to rest, Emily will demonstrate how to safely fry up your donuts and finish them with icing and toppings galore.
Can’t make it to the live session? Not to worry - you'll automatically have access to a replay as soon as class is over.
To follow along with the class, you'll need a rolling pin, milk, measuring spoons, and a few easily accessible ingredients. We’ll send out a detailed list of additional materials, ingredients, and recipes upon registration.
Note: Your dough will need to rest for at least 60 - 90 minutes, so plan to make the dough during class, watch Emily complete the full process and then finish up on your own later or in the morning! As always, you’ll have access to the replay for this class as soon as it’s over.
