Beat the heat and learn how to make crowd-pleasing frozen cocktails this summer! Join master mixologist Rachael Green as she covers everything you need to know about perfecting your poolside sips. She'll walk you through the science behind frozen drinks and batched cocktails, and you'll work alongside her to make a Peach Bellini and a Midori Colada. By the end of class, you'll have the skills and recipes to create long-lasting fun by the pool!
Can't make it to the live session? Not to worry — you'll automatically have access to a replay the morning after class.
Materials
For an all-inclusive experience, this class includes an option to purchase a cocktail kit from Rachael. To follow along with the class, please order one of Rachael's cocktail kits or grab materials and ingredients from your local store. We'll send out instructions on how to order Rachael's cocktail kits, recipes, and a detailed list of materials upon registration, but for this class you'll want a few basics like a measuring tool (tablespoon, jigger, or shot glass), glassware, a blender, and some ice.
Rachael's cocktail kits must be ordered by 11:59PM ET on July 18th to receive your box in time for class.
