Join Culinary Instructor and owner of 100 Days of Pasta, Emily Trotochaud, in learning everything you’ve ever wanted to know about making tasty gnocchi! These pillowy dumplings are a great introduction to the world of fresh pasta, and require no special equipment or ingredients. Emily will demonstrate how to make both potato and ricotta gnocchi, walk students through shaping the dough, then share some of her favorite ways to cook the finished shapes.

To follow along with the class, you'll need a cutting board, sauce pan, measuring spoons, and a few easily accessible ingredients. We’ll send out a detailed list of additional materials, ingredients, and recipes upon registration.
